Paper Submission

Please follow the guidelines below to format, validate, and submit your research paper.

Step 1: Format Your Paper

Your paper must strictly follow these requirements:

  • • Paper Size: A4
  • • Length: Exactly 2 Pages (including figures & references)
  • • Language: English
  • • File Format: PDF only

Step 2: Submit to EDAS

Once the portal opens, you will be able to upload your paper to the IWSA 2026 track in EDAS.

✔ Is the paper exactly 2 pages? (including figures & references)
✔ Does it strictly follow the IEEE template?
✔ Have all authors been added to the EDAS entry?
