What’s Included with Your Booth
We are thrilled to welcome you as an exhibitor at our event. To make your experience as smooth as possible, we’d like to clarify what is included with your booth package. Please review the following details:
Booth Package Includes:
1. Booth Space: Your booth space is specifically designated and marked. It is ready for your setup.
2. Furniture: Each booth includes the following furniture:
• 2 x Chairs: For attendee seating, meetings, or presentations.
• 1 x 1800mm x 450mm IBM Table: A versatile table for product displays, demonstrations, or workspace.
3. Backdrop: The booth package includes a backdrop with dimensions of 220cm x 240cm. This backdrop provides a visual backdrop for your booth. Please ensure it is properly installed and decorated to represent your brand effectively.
4. Wi-Fi: The venue provides Wi-Fi connectivity. You will have access to Wi-Fi for any online requirements during the event.
5. Event Access: As an exhibitor, you will have access to the event during setup, event hours, and teardown. Make sure to staff your booth during event hours to engage with attendees.
6. Event Promotion: Your company name and booth information will be listed in the event program and on our event website, offering additional visibility to event attendees.
Backdrop Design Submission Deadline:
We kindly request that exhibitors provide the design for their booth backdrop by October 30, 2023. This will ensure that there is ample time for printing and installation, making certain your booth is ready for a successful exhibition.
